Thanks for waiting till 4. Our tents are not like traditional hotel rooms in a lot of great ways but they do take some time to clean between guests so thanks for waiting till 4pm… we want to get them just right for you…and if we can get you in any earlier we will let you know.

Downtown iconic Kernville has beautiful shops, galleries, bookstores, eateries and coffee houses. Explore it.

Have lunch or a mid-day snack — get the lowdown on where to eat.

Shop for provisions — Sierra Gateway has everything you need for your stay.

DON`T FEEL LIKE GETTING  BACK IN YOUR CAR…

Take a river walk along the Kern. Or trace the Corral Creek Trail right from our camp.  Relax in a hammock with a good book from our lending library, play a game of bocce ball or hang out along the river. We have a bunch of Fun & Games waiting for you.

 

RUNNING A LITTLE LATE?

If you are arriving after the office closes ( 7pm Monday - Thursday, 8pm Friday - Sunday ) you’ll need to locate the tent assigned and texted to you prior to arrival.
