Our camp strives to inspire appreciation for Mother Nature, and set an example for a sustainable building techniques. Majority of materials used are sourced locally and support forest preservation efforts.

The beauty of the Kern River in the heart of the majestic Sequoia National Forest. Fishing, white water rafting, hiking, mountain biking, and more are just steps away from your doorstep, along with plenty of dining options in nearby Kernville.
WiFi (if you really need it), hot showers and bathrooms. And it's 365 days a year. Who ever said camping needed to be seasonal.
Where are we?
Kernville is a hidden gem to Southern California. With only a 3- hour drive from Los Angeles, and about one hour from Bakersfield, you’ll find us right in the center of the action.
The property is located just 8 miles away from Downtown Kernville, putting you within reach of casual restaurants and fine dining, shops, museums, and entertainment venues.
Plus, it's a short drive to the remarkable Trail of 100 Giants.
